My stomach hurts just watching this πŸ˜πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Dr. David Sinclar and Dr. Volter Longo both found the optimal benefits of a plant based diet with intermittent fasting because the low protein in the PBD turns on one sirtuin pathway to inhibit aging and the fasting turns on another sirtuin pathway. So PBD OMAD is the most ideal diet for long life.

  • So… If trying to lose weight… a lot of weight… should I eat fats. Not necessarily the amount he does… but fat isn't the devil?

  • Getting energy is easy with any starch base, and whole, undercooked grains are digested somewhat slowly without the issues that come from legumes. But protein for long lasting strength is hard to come by in cheap, conventional foods, except for peas that also upset the gut. Peanut butter gets expensive if used more than an occasional condiment. That bowl of cellulose is enough for 2 or 3 meals.

  • Will never work on high carb !!

  • This is way above my head, it’s very complicated

  • I LOVE your cuisine. That Persian heritage explains a lot. Lovely videos for vegan binge watching. Thankyou.

  • To answer your skepticism at 8:00

Your body continues to digest for 72 hours after eating. You exercise to break down muscle, then your body does most of the repairing overnight when you sleep.

If you're eating clean as fuck, it would hurt your stomach eating so much fiber/water. I was fruitarian last year and I was in pain all the time, and was doing 6 meals a day. Being fruitarian/raw vegan and trying to do OMAD would probably be awful. Started eating whatever the fuck I wanted on OMAD (but with CICO) rather than fruits/veggies all the time… way better mentally and physically, now. Trying to hit 100% mineral/vitamins with a vegetable or two, but not stressing over it if I need a vitamin/mineral from supplement. I love my desert. I love my pizza.

Also, odd question, did you eat those persimmons on a mousepad @ 17:05

  • I tried OMAD for one day and all I thought about all day was food.

  • The way he said β€œcabbage” πŸ₯Ί so cute

  • Gotta loooooove dark chocolate. Thanks for this. I'm guilty of the rice/vegs/chickpeas w/ sweet chili sauce. πŸ˜†

  • Eating ceremony until you go to sleep cracked me up

  • Great a vegan OMAD that's what I do keep it up I don't think I hit my calories but I don't miss them walk away satisfied fast from 6am to 10:30pm when I get out of work it's just the people around you that see you as unhealthy.

  • Lmao at the serial killer music, the small remains of that fruit and the butcher knife next to the crime scene. πŸ§Ÿβ€β™‚οΈ

  • what's up with intermittent fasting and females??? Is it dangerous?

  • Vegetarian 20:4, and it is so easy to eat a lot of healthy calories in that small window!

  • Here's my OMAD Vegan plan. It's 2000 calories, 90 grams protein 90 grams fat and 240 grams carbs. It's pretty easy to eat this in one siting, over 40 minutes.
    2 cups cooked lentils
4 slices of (sprouted) whole-wheat bread (Silver Hills 20 Grain Train)
    3/4 cup cooked spinach
    3/4 cup walnuts
    11 almonds
    1/2 avocado
    1 orange
    1 apple or banana
1 tall glass of almond milk
    Vitamin D plus B12 pill

And voila! It's got all the nutrients and minerals, though I am hoping to integrate an extra 30 grams of protein down the line. I hope this helps someone:)

  • go vegan..eat sparingly..live to 1000..yes meet all your needs..simple

  • because you know…antioxidants πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚ can feel that empty hole, too. well done <3

  • I didn't even know what an OMAD diet was…

  • How much do you spend on a food shop for yourself a week? I’m so curious

  • Omg! I eat white rice with red kidney beans and steamed vegetables on the reg lol! I don't do it to be healthy though, I just do it because it's a cheap way to get a lot of calories and I'm a student. At least it's healthier than instant noodles which is what most other student eat. Also, with a bit of olive oil and the right spices it tastes pretty good!

  • You get a like for the cool intro πŸ˜‰

  • I do this since a few years. My eating window is about two to three hours, sometimes four. One hour would be too hard for me.

  • Thanks for doing the vegan version of this. I am like you a night time netflix snacker. But i have gone to an 8 am to 2 pm eating window. Actually eating the very same foods at night as opposed to the am can cause weight gain. if one is trying to lose weight according to Dr. Greger in his new book How Not to Diet..

  • Omad diet made me develop an eating disorder πŸ™

  • The fact that you have a teddy bear on your bed is the cutest thing ❀

  • K F

The poor teddy bear left of the bed like that

  • Q R

Love the color of your eyes

  • me to i cant watch tv without snacking. i tried to snack healthily on home made vegan cokies or oat cookies from nairn or lentil chip. but my mum said rather than snack on those cut up some carrot, brocoli and celery dipping in dressing. i agree i do like eating more protein and fat

  • thank you miles for this. you have always inspired me to eat more salad and eat healthier meals in general.i started to eat omad on a vegan diet and was always wondering about how many things i could eat. i never really know about how much protein, fat or carb i should eat for me. i kind of look at it as theres carb check, theres protein check, theres fat check, theres vitamins and minerals check. my omad meal kind goes like this. i open the meal with water , apple cider vinegar and viegan oral health vitamins first i have big bowl of salad with nuts, seed and sometimes avocadoes or olives with or without dressing. then i eat things like vegi soup with tofu and quinoa. then i eat fruit sometimes with youghurt and peanut butter. this can all be done in an hour but i love having a hot drink when i study or watch movie like a hot choc or turmeric golden milk which can take an extra hour. i was always wondering if i am doing the right things

  • Lol caloric intake is only hard for a (healthy) vegan if they're coeliac, allergic to all nuts, and hate beams or something.

  • OMAD greatly reduced or eliminated my painful psoriasis, anxiety, laziness and afternoon slumps, odor, red eye, eye sensitivity to bright light, hunger, motion sickness, belly fat, slight dementia, inflammations, illness, tooth/gum aches, finger joint aches (from long hours of typing), smoother skin.
OMAD increased longer sleep, mood, stamina, muscle recovery, food sensitivity, focus, memory. All I can think of now.
