Chef Adam’s Version:
1. Meat can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. Freeze if you will not eat it before then.
2. Veggies can stay in the fridge for over a week

Chef Stef’s Version:
1. Meals can last in fridge 3-4 days. Put the ones you won’t eat within that time in the freezer.
2. If frozen, take out the night before you plan to eat it and place in fridge.
3. Reheat in a covered saute pan for a few minutes or eat cold πŸ™‚

Chef Adam’s version:
5 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of shallots
1 onion
5 carrots (250g)
3 heads of broccoli (500g)
2 (15 oz/425g) cans of baby corn
800g or 1.4lbs of beef
2-3 tbls arrowroot powder for the beef
1/2 cup water
1 tsp arrowroot for the slurry
1/2 cup of beef stock
1 can black beans
1/4 cup organic soy sauce
2 tbls sesame oil

Chef Stef’s version:
