How to Make Perfect, Healthy Stir-fry / Cómo Preparar el Salteado

(ACTIVAR SUBTITULOS EN ESP) Here’s my proven, EASY way to make a solid, healthy stir-fry that you can easily customize and make your own! Ingredients below!

Ingredients for 4 servings:
• Protein
o 1.5lb raw chicken breasts (cut into chunks)
• Veggies
o 1 cup shelled edamame
o 1 cup chopped colorful bell peppers
o 1/3 cup chopped celery
o 1/2 cup chopped cremini mushrooms
o 1 cup broccoli florets
o 1/3 cup chopped green onion
o 1/2 tablespoon garlic (paste or minced)
• Sauce
o 3 tablespoons low sodium tamari (or Bragg Liquid Aminos or low sodium soy sauce)
o 1/2 tablespoon ginger (freshly grated or use paste)
o 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
o 1 tablespoon raw honey (or brown rice syrup)*
o juice from 1 orange
o 1 1/2 tablespoon arrowroot starch
• Oil
o 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
(*) – denotes optional ingredient
