How to make: Lean beef burger

With all the great taste of a juicy burger but without the additional fat, these low carb and high protein burgers are a great recovery meal.

Here is what you’ll need:

For the burgers:

– 500g lean beef mince (5% fat)
– 1 egg
– ½ onion, chopped
– 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
– 1/3 pack of chopped low fat feta cheese
– Salt and pepper
– Extra virgin olive oil

To garnish:

– Wholemeal pitta bread
– Fresh spinach
– Fresh tomatoes
– 1 large gherkin, sliced
– Green pesto
