The Thai know just how to make salads so delicious, with their warm and tender meats with gorgeous greens and fragrant herbs!

This dish is made in 3 steps: the bright and tangy dressing, the salad itself, and lastly, the seared steak. So, so yummy!

It comes together quickly and easily as you will see in this video and you’ll be getting praises from your family and taste buds in no time!

To make this vegan, you can grill up a tofu steak the same way as I did the steak with simply salt and pepper. Leave out the fish sauce in the dressing and use just a half a teaspoon of gluten free organic soy sauce or liquid aminos! It will be just as incredible a dish!
