✅Ingredients
• 4 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
• 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
2️⃣ 00:00:29 – Rub each pork chop with olive oil.
3️⃣ 00:00:43 – In a small bowl mix together salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Season all sides of the pork chop with this mix. Place seasoned pork chops onto the prepared baking sheet.
4️⃣ 00:01:59 – Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (which will depend on how thick the pork chops are).
5️⃣ 00:02:11 – If you like, at this point you can sear the pork chops either by placing under the broiler setting for a couple of minutes or throwing them into a hot cast iron pan with olive oil.
6️⃣ 00:02:29 – Let your meat rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting into it and serve hot.

Wonderfully tender. Had to broil to brown and that worked nicely. Much too salty. Will cut down in the future. If you're on a low sodium diet, just season without the salt of course! Add to taste later.
They look great!!! Love that rub.
I like how I already had the ingredients.
What does rubbing olive oil into the meat do?
I never trust a recipe that has a separate clip of the item being cooked. Especially when it looks like a "stock" clip from something else.
Thank you for this delicious pork chops recipe!! It was so delicious and a hit with my family tonight, including my little ones! 😊 It's a keeper!
Great video! Thank you!
Will this work with thin chops?
It was good. I used my air fryer. Thanks!
Thanks for the receipe!
You always use way TOO MUCH salt! How can you stand the salt overpowering everything else in everything you eat?
"Pork has so much flavor on it's own"… .yes it does… so why add all of this nasty crap to ruin the taste of the delicious pork chop? 🙁
great quick & simple recipe…added onion powder, basil and parley. doubled ingredients. absolutely grrrRRRREAT…!!! TIP(from a GREASE monkey)…l use vinyl gloves and sprinkle baby powder on hands b4 putting gloves on to ease on and off. that way l do not get oily hands on rubbing oil oil(l buy bulk gloves for pennies each and get largest size…
l work on car engines
I have this in the oven right now with frozen whole green beans. Being lazy and making instant rice to go with.
I only used 2 porkchops…but they were huge sirloin chops.
To much salt lady . U nuts
Why do you cook these to 145 when that is NOT well done for pork chops? My meat thermometer states that medium well is 165 degrees and well done is 170??? Cant you get food poisoning by NOT cooking pork done like chicken?? Please advise and thank you!!!
Teaspoon my ass
Wish i could find thick pork chops like that at the store
These turned out so great! I used 1 tsp. of salt, and instead of ground pepper I used Lemon & Pepper Seasoning, and the tang was delicious! I also coated them with lime juice before the oil. This was a great dinner with some corn, thank you!
"Pork needs ALOT of salt" Lol😂🤯
I made these tonight. Too salty for us. Instead of 2-1 salt/pepper ratio, I am go down to 1-1. You can always add at the table if you want more salt.
The sodium is horrible.
Be careful you're not supposed to put glass pans under the broiler
I try today and taste so good my family loved it with baked potato for the side.
I made your pork chops tonight and they were DELICIOUS!! Thank you! 🙋🏻🇨🇦
Doing that right now. Thanks.
I love your recipes. They're so simple. Question….do you have one for liver and onions with a gravy? Thanks!

I made these last night they were sooooo good, thank you
You're so nice and proper! Cheers! And my last day before it says "Use or freeze" so I'm gonna keep it simple like that too.
Nice and simple that’s what I’m doing rite at this moment thanks to you
Should have sear them for at least three minutes on each side on medium-high heat or high medium heat whichever you prefer is just all about preference there but a porkchop that pic definitely needs to be seared then baked 1012 minutes 400 degrees in my opinion the seasoning looked on point!
I love this recipe
Nice and simple. Great vid
