How To Make Chicken Curry – Oil Free and Healthy

Hi Guys.. Today I bring to your Kitchen an “Oil Free Chicken Curry”
If you love chicken, just like me and are looking for guilt free ways to eat Chicken.. then this recipe is your answer… Made with absolutely no oil, this curry keeps up with the nutritional value, without compromising on the taste..


Chicken: 500 gms
Low Fat Yogurt : 1 cup (make sure its thick in consistency)
Onion: 1 (roughly chopped)
Tomatoes : 2 small
Mint Leaves: Handful
Coriander Leaves: Handful
Ginger Garlic Pate: 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder: 1-2 tsp (depending on how spicy you like it)
Cumin Powder : 1 tsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
Garam Masala: 1 tsp
Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cassia/ Cinnamon stick: 1
Cloves: 3-4
Green Cardamom: 2-3
