How To: Healthy Chicken Noodle Soup

This delicious and healthy chicken noodle soup is a perfect way to warm up during the colder Fall months. This soup is packed full of immune boosting properties and will kick that flu to the curb!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Chicken Noodle Soup

-2 stalks celery
-1 cup chopped carrot
-1 med sized brown onion
-1 inch of ginger
-1/2 lemon
-handful of fresh parsley
-2-4 cloves of garlic
-6 cups chicken stock (homemade or store bought)
-2-4 cups of filtered water
-2 cups shredded cooked chicken
-1/2 cup of spelt kamut or handful of brown rice noodles
