I've been really tracking my protein intake recently and discovered that things like lentils, beans and chickpeas only tend to have around 9g of protein per 100g. I'm struggling to see how your numbers add up unless you're eating vast quantities of each meal

but how do you know the protein digests correctly? there's a protein absorption rate in every food, and for beans and chickpeas it's around 80%..meaning you only get 70-80% of the protein it has in it. even with lentils, it's 84%
