Hey Guys, This is episode 9 from my season 4! High Protein Vegan Meal Prep. I used my experience from when I used to body build (before going vegan) to show you how to make some simple, healthy, high protein & also VERY tasty work out meals! Not my usual video I know but loads of you requested it after watching my Q&A video. Feel free to tailer the portion sizes to suit you. I love beef, pork, mutton and chicken on bread with lots of gluten and covered in MSG. Then I take my bow put on my leather boots and kill some wild animals for eating. The next day i have bacon and fertilised eggs for breakfast, before I go to see the vegans sitting in queue at the psych ward.Then I watch cows fart and mock Greta retard Thunberg and beta males.

Can you use these for one meal a day diet?
How can people body build while being vegan?? its not possible to enter competitions and win against people who eats meat you will never reach half of what is possible, I'm not trolling I'm just being brutally honest, Fair enough if you don't want to eat meat but it's scientifically not a good diet unless its necessary due to some illnesses, I eat meat as one of my main food source and fruit and veg is only added sometimes for some minerals, And I find animal products as a amazing aid to build and maintain muscle and bone mass I hardly hit the gym like I normally did in a normal omnivore diet and I'm bigger and stronger with less work and not much fat at all, and i'm healthier also! its a myth that meat causes a list of a 100+ cancers and diseases that you would not get while being vegan, Yeah it might increase a percentage or two of certain cancers but so will toast or other vegan foods from the natural chemicals inside the plants nothing is perfect.

Broccoli are not full of protein. 100 grams of broccoli contain a bit more than 3 grams of protein. Compared to other vegetables they maybe have a lot of protein, but it is not correct saying that they are just full of protein.
Right, here goes… I've been out of the Gym for 4 months, ive not been eating very well, I've lost my muscle mass, ive gained fat especially belly fat all for a new project… fat to fit… and I'm suffering at the moment but I will be using a plant based diet and this video is better than what I've been looking to do, so I'll base my programme on this I think.
I am a meat and Veg eater so I'm a little concerned about missing my meats but I got to give it a go.

And that right there is exactly why plant based does not work for many people– I included the tofu in my calculations even though in real life I wont do soy.. I came up with 67 gms of protein (10 from the tofu) which is not enough even for a 160 lb 70+ year old guy and a total of 270 gms of carbs which is outrageous. That would put me back on the two meds and insulin instead of being med free. 270 carbs puts the same amount of glucose into the blood as 62 teaspoons of sugar/ Keto/carnivore healed my heart, fatty liver AND diabetes is med free

My question is, how does this make one feel full? thats like a snack. Especially if you are training everyday.Seems like you would need to eat at least 2 servings per meal to get all the nutrients?
