HIGH Protein LOW Calorie HIGH Volume Breakfast! | Egg White Spinach Scrabble

Hello and welcome to my recipe video for my go to breakfast on or off a cut the Egg white Scramble!
This egg white scramble is high in protein, low in fat high in volume and low in calories. Because of the high amount of protein in this meal you will be full for quite a while which will help you get your day started off right!
Protein is one of if not the most important macroeconomics our body needs for both survival and muscle building especially in a deficit.
I hope you guys give this recipe a try I guarantee if you do it will become a staple of your diet!
P.S. I didn’t realize this until now but this recipe is both low carb and vegetarian!

Macros:
~546 Calories
70g Protein
17g Fat
8g Carbs

(without eggs and feta)
400 calories
64g protein
6g fat
1g carbs

Ingredients:
460g egg white (you can use less if you want)
2 eggs (you may leave these out if you are on a very low fat diet but I recommend leaving them in if you can)
2 tbs sun dried tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 fist fulls of spinach
(optional spices)
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Paprika
Turmeric (I didn’t have any for the video)
Basil
