High Protein Breakfast For Weight Loss (2 Options)!

If you’re looking for a high protein breakfast for weight loss specifically, then you want to watch this video.

As everyone knows, weight loss is all about nutrition. Eating a high protein diet is essential, especially when in a caloric deficit.

Here’s how it goes:

Caloric Deficit + Cardio + Weight Training + LOW PROTEIN = lots of strength and muscle LOSS


Caloric Deficit + Cardio + Weight Training + HIGH PROTEIN = maintenance of strength and muscle

So, by starting off your day right with a quick, high protein meal is great for weight loss.

Usually, I like to follow intermittent fasting for fat loss, however, some days, I like to have a high protein breakfast or just a healthy breakfast.

In this video, I want to give you two breakfast recipes that you can use and so you can gain more breakfast ideas. These are also cheap healthy meals that almost anyone can replicate in their fitness journey.

– Greek Yogurt (2 Servings – 340g)
– KIND Whole Grain Clusters (65g)
– Frozen Fruit (1 Cup)
– Stevia (optional)

High Protein Breakfast For Weight Loss Meal 2:

– Protein Shake (2 Scoops – 60g)
– Fruit (1 cup)
– Oats or KIND Whole Grain Clusters (40 or 65g respectively)
– Ice
– Creatine (5g)
– Hershey’s Low-Calorie Chocolate Syrup (19g)
