High calories breakfast For mass – Quick & Easy

-Ingredients:
100 oats
3 Medium eggs
1 Greek yogurt 80g
1Banana +40g Strawberries (optional)
honey 7-10g
-How to :
put the eggs in a boiling water for 7 min
let the oats absorb the hot water for 5 min then add greek yogurt and fruits .
make sure to drink 500ml when you wake up before eating anything.
