  • Forgot to mention it in the video, all of the ingredient amounts are up on http://www.beardedfatloss.com as usual, this one was so delicious! Any specific types of recipes anyone would like to see covered in the future? Let me know! 👇👇

  • Yum! I worked at an American Chinese restaurant for fourteen years and know how to cook many dishes they did. They did no peanut sauce so I'll have to try. You should look into fresh spring rolls. Just rice paper, fresh veggies and maybe shrimp with some peanut sauce. A local Thai restaurant here makes these massive ones. That and some soup is a meal for me. Low processed carbs and high in good carbs and protein.

  • Yep I'll be doing this for meal prep this week!

  • I’ll definitely be trying this. My wife loves Asian inspired cooking. The few that we have tried have been very good previously. We are heavily influenced with southern cooking and Mexican style dishes in my household. These great ideas throw in variety that we can always use. Plus it’s always fun to experiment.

  • Another one to put on the list to try. We cycle your asparagus dish though 3-4 times a month easy and I ate your rice bowls for about 3 months straight. I used to love to get peanut chicken at the local chinese place but could never figure out the sauce. Sure hope this is it. Have a great weekend!
