Healthy sweet potato brownie / Easy desserts / Chocolate / Low calorie treats

Hellooooooo! Do you ever think, I wish sweets were as healthy as veggies? I do, every day.. That’s why there’s a sweet potato brownie ♥️ One piece contains just 85 calories, high in vitamin A, and it’s low in fat. Preparation takes 10 min, oven 45 min. So much happiness in just one hr.
I can’t say I didn’t use refined sugar because there are dark chocolate pieces in it (yes it may be better alternativel to the normal chocolate but there is still sugar and high calories,so normally please don’t fool yourself when you eat it). 70 grams of chocolate is not much for the whole tray, but the balance here is important. They’re like soooo good with coffee for breakfast … Ingredients (15 brownies)
1 sweet potato
80 grams of whole wheat flour
2 big spoons of honey
1 spoon of coconut oil
2 eggs
1/2 sachet baking powder
2 spoons of cocoa
70 grams of dark chocolate (70%)
Bake at 200 degrees for 45 mins and let it cool for 3,4 hrs. Enjoy♥️
