  • Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tried every single fat loss program that was available, but in the end not one of them made it easier for me to reduce and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Fenoboci Diet Plan mainly because my work buddy who told me great things about it and so far to date I have successfully dropped 16 lbs within 4 weeks!

  • IMO if you have to use "diet", "reduced fat", "light" products to make a 100 cal snack, then it is not worth it, also anything can be a 100 if you portion it right. This video didn't even mention the portion sizes at which each snack is a 100 cal, I wonder if they amount they showed was under a 100 cals.
