Healthy Chicken Salad
Easy low fat healthy chicken salad recipe that is a must for hot summer days, lunches and quick family dinner. It’s also low on calories and sodium but big on flavour.

Chicken 250gm
Red Capsicum 1′ n
yellow Capsicum 1 ‘n
Green Capsicum 1’n
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Amul fresh Cream 1/2 cup
oil 2 tbs
black pepper
Tandoori Chicken Masala 15gm

Take a bowl and Tandoori Chicken Masala Add Chicken 250 gm and mix it well
& Leave it for 20 Minutes
Time to Roast Marinated Chicken
Take a Pan, Add 2 Tbs Oil And Roast the chicken well for 15-20 Minutes
Roasted Chicken is ready to use for Salad Cut the Chicken into small pieces

Add all ingredients + Roasted Chicken
Add Mayonnaise 1 Tbs & Cream 1 Tbs
Add Salt & Black Pepper as required
Mix it well
