Trim the fat off of your tenderloins

Coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, favourite herbs, garlic

Rub on both sides (let marinate in the fridge for 1hour if possible)

Sear all sides for 1 min

Place in oven at 350 degrees

Remove when internal temp reaches 145 degrees

Cover and let rest 10 to 12 minutes
