This cut is inexpensive and a great way to meal plan. Make sure to cook to 145ºF followed by a 3 minute rest!

MISO GINGER:
1/4 cup red miso
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tbsp mirin sake
Soba Noodles:

KOREAN SPICY PORK:
1/4 cup gochujang
5 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp grated ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

GARLIC DIJON:
3 tbsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
