❤❤❤❤❤❤FULL RECIPE ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Egg White Kale Stuffed Frittatas SERVINGS 8 2 pieces per serving (always feel free to double the recipe to fit your meal needs)

Ingredients and amounts ❤
2 cup of fresh Kale( or Spinach) chopped
1 full Tablesppon of mascarpone cheese light or cottage cheese
1 full Tablespoon of plain Greek Yogurt cream cheese ROOM TEMPETURE (LOOK FOR THIS OR SIMILAR IN YOUR LOCAL GROCERY
1/4 red bell pepper finely diced
1/4 green bell pepper finely diced
1/4 cup (or to taste) whole onion red or white finely diced
1/4 TOMATOES
1 1/2 tablespoon of fresh Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tablespoon green onion (spring onion)

SEASON MIX(JUST A RECOMMENDATION)
❤1/3 TSP OF EACH (OR A FULL PINCH OR TO YOUR TASTE sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, sage, fennel seed (optional), garlic powder. USE THIS SEASON MIXTURE TO TASTE YOU MAY NOT USE ALL IN THE DISH DEPENDING ON THE PERSONS TASTE BUDS.

STEP 1 over medium heat cook kale down for 2 minutes add 1 tablespoon of water

STEP 2 remove kale from fire let it cool down for 2 minutes then in a separate bowl mix veggies and cheese together get it well combined

step 3 Over medium low heat spray your non stick pan with non stick spray add your liquid eggs and your filling. then top it with your 2nd cup of liquid eggs. top it with your spice mix and green onions as well as Parmesan cheese

STEP 4 put in a pre heated 375 degree oven for 10 minutes or until fully set and cheese is lightly golden on top you can use muffin pan if you want.
