Healthy, Macro Friendly, Low Calorie, Easy Superbowl Recipe Snacks Ideas
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Drain chicken. Using a hand mixer, blend together cheese, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, onions, seasoning, and chicken. Place mixture into an oven-safe pan. Top with panko bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Enjoy!
Cheesy sausage dip:
Brown sausage over medium-high heat. Warm up velveeta in the microwave until soft and pliable. Using a hand mixer, blend together rotel, velveeta, and sausage. Place into oven-safe bowl and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top. Enjoy!
Jalapeno poppers:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Dice 2 jalapenos into small bits, being careful to remove the seeds. Sautee diced halapeno with onion in a small pan until soft. De-seed remainder of jalapenos and cut in half to create small ‘bowls.’ Using hand mixer, blend cream cheese, sautéed jalapeno bits/onions, spices, and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Take spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture and place into jalapeno halves. Wrap one slice of turkey bacon around each jalapeno halve. Place in oven for 20 minutes or until turkey is brown and crispy. Enjoy!

I have noticed that most foods that are "Fat Free or "reduced Fat have so many bad ingredients and high Carbs in them that is not good for your body than just full Fat foods plus it spikes your insulin lean meat spikes your insulin levels which is not good for you

Do you two ever track how much sodium is in your food? I feel like some foods to lower calorie/lower fat (like cheeses) tend to be higher in sodium.
