3/4 cup oatmeal (60g)
1 1/2 tsp sugar substitute (6g)
Pinch of cinnamon
Blend until smooth

Spray a 9×5 bread pan with non-stick backing spray use a generous amount
Add you mix
Drop in 1/3 cup (50g) blueberries

Bake for 15-20 minutes on 350 degrees

If the bar stick to the tray use a pancake flipper to loosen it out. It shouldn’t stick to much.
