  • What is wrong with you nutjob. Thanks for teaching how to make corn, and NOT TEACHING HOW TO MAKE A BURGER FROM GRASS FED BEEF!!!! YOU ARE INSANE, NO INSTRUCTION. NO TIME. I'VE NEVER DONE IT AND YOU CAME UP FIRST AND WASTED 7 MINUTES OF MY LIFE THAT I CANNOT GET BACK….MORON

  • The microwave oven in the kitchen doesn't go along with the rest of the healthy eating.

  • I'm not a fan of using a microwave to heat food. There were older studies from Russia that showed possible health problems and we know it makes some foods toxic, like microwaving breast milk for premature babys. I'm not fanatical about it but feel their use should be minimized as much as possible. If you think about it, a microwave is not really needed if you plan ahead. I use a lot of passive solar to heat food. There are some great solar ovens out there.

  • …….the media keeps this ludicrous myth alive by pushing it in TV shows. I was watching Family Guy and there was an episode where Peter Griffin says something to the effect of: "Americans are overweight mainly due to our high fat diet". No wonder the sheeple believe this crap. You can't escape the brainwashing.

  • It's also due to the fact that some people think that fat makes you fat. I cannot believe how many people blindly buy into this myth. Eaten on it's own fat CAN'T make you fat. It's metabolically inert. You need an insulin spike and only sugar provides that. In fact you can even eat a caloric EXCCESS of fat and STILL not gain weight. Humans lack the hormones to store fat on it's own. Eat a caloric EXCESS of carbs however and insulin is called upon to store the unburned sugar as bodyfat….

  • You may notice my iron skillet has a broken handle, but it still works.

  • I would avoid raw hamburger meat where the source of the meat is factory farms. I would also have infants and small children avoid it as well as the elderly and those with impaired immune function. I have been safely consuming raw hamburger meat for the past 55+ years but I know the conditions in which the animals were raised and the processing conditions.

  • Hi doc in Canada we have to cook the grind meat well done, they say it's because of the bacteria that is on the surface when it's grind the bacteria are everywhere, why it's ok to left some red in the US ? no bacteria on the meat surface in your country ?
