Healthy food : ጸብሒ ስጋ (Beef stew)
Tsebhi Sga (Beef stew) is a traditional dish of Eritrean cuisine. It is often eaten with Injera. To prepare Beef stew you need onion, tomato, meat, Berbere, oil, salt, garlic, and water. The ingredients depends how you cook it a family or individual size. Heat the cooking pot over medium-high heat. Add the onions and garlic cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Add the berbere mix well and cook for 3 minutes. Finish by adding the tomatoes and the beef and let it cook for about 45- 60 min.
