HEALTHY BARS | HOW TO MAKE BURFI RECIPE WITH FLAX SEEDS, WALNUTS, ALMONDS & PISTA |HOMEMADE BARS
Hi friends, Today I a going to share a wonderful power pack recipe “HEALTHY FLAX SEED BAR” recipe. I used Flax seeds, almonds, walnuts and pistachios. Instead of sugar I used Jaggery. It is a very easy and healthy recipe.
1. Take 1 cup of Walnut and make into small pieces.
2. Take Almonds and Pistachios (one cup of each) and make into small pieces.
3. Roast all dry fruits in a pan.
4. Next add 1.5 cups of flax seed and roast.
5. Finally, add 1.5 cups of Jaggery and mix well.
6. After Jaggery melting, turn-off the flame.
7. Quickly transfer this mixture into a greased plate or tray.
8. Adjust the mixture evenly in the tray.
9. With greased knife or pizza cutter cut into pieces.
10. Wrap these pieces with a butter paper and store.
