Healthy and Easy DESSERT + LUNCH | low calorie & delicious| BROWNIES
Heres 2 healthly meal ideas .
1 oinon (diced)
Red pepper (optional)
2 cups chickpeas
1 tbsp relish
+ 1 serving vegan mayo
( ypu cam mash them up so it’s easier to put on the bread lol I forgot to do so )
42.5 g tofu (firm)
1 tsbp olive oil
2 tbsps water
Salt to taste
Oats 40g (blended to make oat flour)
40g milk ( i used almond)
190g of greek yogurt
30 g cocoa powder
30g sweetner of choice
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup peanut slices (optional)
