Healthy and Easy DESSERT + LUNCH | low calorie & delicious| BROWNIES
Heres 2 healthly meal ideas .
Chickpea “tuna”
1 oinon (diced)
Red pepper (optional)
2 cups chickpeas
1 tbsp relish
+ 1 serving vegan mayo
( ypu cam mash them up so it’s easier to put on the bread lol I forgot to do so )
Vegan Mayo
42.5 g tofu (firm)
1 tsbp olive oil
2 tbsps water
Salt to taste
Seasonings
Brownies
Oats 40g (blended to make oat flour)
1 egg
40g milk ( i used almond)
190g of greek yogurt
30 g cocoa powder
30g sweetner of choice
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup peanut slices (optional)

hahah girlll when you brought out the yogurt container I was like hmm..yogurt interesting, but you keep your chickpeas in there Im dead! You should try making your own hummus! that sandwich looked delicious! Now you make me want chocolate hehe
