This is awesome. I added black pitted olives and cherry tomatoes. So good. Don’t miss adding the olives. I used Belazu Rose Harissa and it’s certainly a flavor bomb. 😋 Also make some Nan Bread and savor that sauce.
Ive only ever eaten in a Jamie Oliver restaurant once – in Shoreditch, It was the worst meal i have ever had , much so that i complained to the management, only for them to basically say 'bad luck', and didnt offer any free drinks,or reduction in the price, etc, so i will never eat in another JO resto again.

Roast and toast whole spices and grind them fresh like we Indians do. Not ready made sauce out of a jar. There will be a difference.
Try and use Knorr stock cubes as a seasoning.
I have just prepared this dish it's ready for the , would just like to say Jamie Oliver you mad it look easy butterflying your chicken well I can tell you I did what you said but I was sweatin cobs and the knife didn't do much of the work! It was a big chicken though maybe that's why it was so hard that bone didn't want to break 😂😂😂😂

Love the inspiration – my wife won't touch mint, so mixed up a South American style paste (and added some sweet potatoes).
Went down great – next time I might serve with wraps, yoghurt & guac
This was a bad recipe. Big fan of Jamie and most of his recipes, but I didn't like this one. Followed it 100% and the vegetables were too watery and soggy, they where swimming in water, not like the video. And even though there was a good punch in the harissa, the dish was tasteless.
Do we need to preheat the oven sir ?????
On my chicken from supermarket it says cook for 1 hour 51 mins but Jamie says up to 1 hour which do I do pls
