Guacamole Dip a Low Calorie Recipe

Guacamole Dip is low on calories and a perfect afternoon snack.
1 or 2 Avocados
small onion approx. 1/4 cup
1 tomato
2 jalapenos
cilantro
If desired add 1 clove of garlic minced
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes and jalapenos. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to marry.
