Fruit Chaat

The low-cal, nutritive fruit chaat is an all-time favourite, anytime snack. The tangy and sweet orange-mint dressing lends it a dash of exotica.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes. Cooking Time : Nil. Serves 4.

½ cup sliced bananas
1 cup papaya cubes
¾ cup pineapple cubes
1 cup apple cubes
¼ cup black grapes
¼ cup pomegranate
¼ cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp black salt (sanchal)
1 tsp powdered sugar (optional)
Salt to taste

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
2. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Serve chilled.
