FISH TACOS | Easy cuz we're busy – Ep. 5

HELLO FRIENDS!

Just dropping another yummy and healthy dinner recipe for you guys 🙂 Coming from Texas and having my heart on a Mexican boyfriend means tacos are part of my every day life lol so here is my attempt at making the simple and healthy! You can also try this recipe with shrimps instead of fish.

Ingredients:
1 Tilapia Fillet
2 Corn Tortillas
15g of Red Bell Pepper
15g of Onions
1/8 cup of black beans (optional)

Macros: 290 calories | 28g P | 36g C | 3g F

Feel free to add extras like avocado, low fat cheese, more veggies, etc. but be careful so you don’t make my healthy recipe an unhealthy one! haha
