Fish Soup Recipe | Fish Broth | Recipe for Fish Soup

This is a simple recipe for yummy fish soup! The fish is perfectly tender and soup is delightfully light and flavorful.
INGREDIENTS
2 medium potatoes
1 fillet of salmon
1 medium carrot
6 cups of water
½ cup white rise
fresh Parsley or Dill
green onion
2-3 bay leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste

PREPARATION
1. Peel your potatoes and carrots. Cut potatoes into small cubes and set aside. Cut carrots into disks or cubes.
2. Place potatoes and carrot into a deep pot, add about 6 cups water and cook soup on medium heat for about 20 min.
3. Then add fish (salmon) and rise. Cook for further 10-15 min.
4. Add fresh parsley or dill, green onion and enjoy!
