Fish and Chips Low Fat
2 sweet potatoes
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

3. Cut the potatoes into sticks, cover sheets with olive oil and some seasoning.
4. Set the fish and potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
5. Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the peas and cook for 10 minutes. squeeze a little lemon and mash according to taste.
