Fish and Chips Low Fat

Today we have some fish and chips that are low on fat.The only fat used is olive oil and some butter(optioinal).

Ingredients:

280g pangasius
1 egg
2 sweet potatoes
100g peas
1/2 lemon
panko breadcrumbs
butter(optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

2. Turn the fish in beaten egg and then in panko breadcrumbs. Put them in an ovenproof dish.

3. Cut the potatoes into sticks, cover sheets with olive oil and some seasoning.

4. Set the fish and potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

5. Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the peas and cook for 10 minutes. squeeze a little lemon and mash according to taste.
