Fast Low Calorie Lunch, Snack, or Dinner

For a week now I have been eating sandwiches, so tonight I decided to change things up a little. I sliced some tomatoes and added cottage cheese with olives stirred in. Next time, I will add a Tbsp of light Mayo for a little more flavor, but this was very tasty! The only other thing I added was a sprinkle of pepper.
