ENERGY BALLS | Vegan Recipe

BITE INTO THESE BALLS

Join me in creating these Energy Balls made from dates, cacao and coconut! These balls are super easy to make with prep time totalling around 15 minutes – all you need is a handy food processor (also known as the vegan’s best friend).

These are a great snack to make for whatever your week throws at you. Take them on the go to work, school or for protesting white supremacist groups! They also transition nicely into a dessert as they’re full of sweet, chocolatey goodness.

Not a coconut fan? NBD! Omit the shredded coconut and roll your energy balls in hemp seeds instead!

With love,

Shannon
