Easy Low Calorie Popsicle Ice Cream – Dessert Recipe # 6
Calorie and macro information per popsicle (4 total):
13 calories, 2C, 0F, 2P
~ 60 g fat free Greek Yogurt (you can use higher fat for creamier texture)
~ 50 g strawberry (you can use other fruits)
stevia (about 1/2 cup honey sweetness, you can adjust the sweetness based upon your likings)
1. Pour all of the ingredients but water/milk into a blender and add just enough water/milk that it barely covers everything. Blend everything very well.
2. Pour the liquid mixture into popsicle molds and put them in the freezer for about one hour, or until frozen.
3. Enjoy your cute and tasty guilt free popsicles.
