Easy High Protein Low Fat Meal

Ingredients:
1lbs Pork Tenderloin
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
-Lighly grease casserole dish
-Pierce meat with fork, rub oil onto meat, place in dish
-Combine dry ingredients in bowl and mix together.
-Rub dry mix on both sides of meat
-Bake in oven for 25-35 minutes or until meat reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
-Let rest for 3-5 minutes before cutting and serving!
