Following are the ingredients for making this super-easy yet super-yummy and super-healthy Veg Pasta Salad.
2 cups of boiled pasta
½ cup of chopped onion
½ cup of capsicum
½ cup of grated carrots
½ cup of chopped lettuce leaves
½ cup of chopped zucchini
½ cup of chopped cucumber
½ cup of chopped tomatoes
2 Tsp of dark soya sauce
2 Tsp of vegetable oil
2 Tsp of lemon juice
1 Tsp of grated Ginger
1 Tsp of grated Garlic
2 Tbsp of Italian dressing (optional)
Salt as per taste
Black pepper as per taste
