To the blender add
3 wripe bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup of honey for a little more sweetness
1 3/4 cup of white whole wheat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
A couple tbsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Blend, use spachela if needed, add batter to greased muffin tray top with walnuts bake at 375 degrees or at 190 celcius for 12-14 min
