Sa meal prep, alam mong healthy ang ingredients, kontrolado ang calorie intake mo, at makakatipid ka pa. Matrabaho pero kung wala kang time mag exercise, at least bigyan mo ng time ang pag meal prep.
Ang meal prep na ‘to ay based sa 1200 calorie diet plan (minimum amount of calories) para sa mga gusto pumayat/ for weight loss. Feel free to adjust accordingly.

Guys correction lang. Instead na BMR, gamitin nyo TDEE para mas accurate. Use an online TDEE calculator. TDEE minus 500 = your calorie limit per day to lose weight. Pag mas mababa pa sa 1200 ang result, kindly stick to 1200 para healthy parin yung weight loss.
TDEE plus 500 naman to gain weight.
