Diet Vlog || Low-Calorie Dinner Idea

Hey guys, sorry for disappearing!! I was taking it easy during the holidays, but now I’m back! I’ve been eating pretty badly since thanksgiving. 😅 Now that the holidays are over, it’s time to get back on track!! I didn’t gain a whole lot during the holidays thankfully.

The pasta was really, really good and the ingredients are pretty inexpensive, so I would recommend!!

I’m planning on uploading a few different types of weight loss videos, such as tips that helped me lose weight. If you guys have any requests, just let me know!
