Wraps are one of my go to foods when I dont have much time in in the kitchen. You can cook your protein ahead of time and have it ready on standby to make a great wrap any time by just adding some fresh ingredients to a Tortilla. This home made Healthy Chicken Wrap Recipe is really easy and it has got some great flavor combinations, while still being fairly low carb and nutrient dense. Canola oil is one of the worst oils you can use. I'd opt for a different tortilla.

the fast version is Tunar – Nudles with chicken tast – garlic – unions – salad – peas and corn or whatever you like the tunar come taste like chicken it is good wrap into a tortilia or pancake.

I'm on a low sodium diet. Beware of "flour" tortillas, since they can have anywhere from 200mg to 660mg sodium PER TORTILLA !!. The corn tortillas usually have little to no sodium. I also found a long wrap called Flatout Italian Herb Flatbread. Instead of round, it's a long tort like the shape of a 440 yard running track. You can really load it up, unlike the round Mexican style round ones. I make subway sandwiches at home, but I substitute a wrap instead of bread. https://www.flatoutbread.com/
