RECIPE:
Ingredients for Protein Frosting:
– 170g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
– 6g Sugar Free/Fat Free Pudding Mix
– 3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your Choice

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together carefully until all the dry ingredients are combined with the wet.
2. Then mix fast for 60-90 seconds and that’s it! Use as a topping for whatever your heart desires!
