*RECIPES*

*Regular Version*

Ingredients:
-Green onions
-Chives
-Bean Sprouts
-Chopped peanuts
-Lime wedges
-Rice Noodles
-Chicken (or preferred protein)
-Pad Thai Sauce
-Cooking oil
-Tofu (optional)
-Fish Sauce (optional)
-Hot chili (optional)

Directions:
1.Chop and prepare all the garnishes: Chives, green onions, bean sprouts, limes and peanuts.
2. Soak Rice Noodles in warm water for 20 minutes.
3. Chop chicken and saute’ in a medium pan with 2 TBSP of pad thai sauce until fully cooked.
4. Add 3 TBSP of cooking oil to medium pan and pan fry noodles with 2 TBSP of pad thai sauce.
5. Add green onions and chives and cook until tender
5. Add fish sauce and hot chili to taste (optional).
6. Combine cooked chicken and noodles in the pan.
7. Garnish with bean sprouts, limes and peanuts.

*Low-Cal Version*

Ingredients:
-Green onions
-Chives
-Bean Sprouts
-Chopped peanuts
-Lime wedges
-Pasta Zero Noodles or Zucchini Noodles
-Chicken (or preferred protein)
-Pad Thai Sauce
-Tofu (optional)
-Fish Sauce (optional)
-Hot chili (optional)

Directions:
1.Chop and prepare all the garnishes: Chives, green onions, bean sprouts, limes and peanuts.
2. Drain and rinse Pasta Zero noodles.
3. Chop chicken and saute’ in a medium pan with 2 TBSP of pad thai sauce until fully cooked.
4. Pan fry noodles with 2 TBSP of pad thai sauce (these noodles don’t need oil).
5. Add green onions and chives and cook until tender
5. Add fish sauce and hot chili to taste (optional).
6. Combine cooked chicken and noodles in the pan.
7. Garnish with bean sprouts, limes and peanuts.
