3-4 Egg whites (125g egg substitute)
1 1/2 Breakfast chicken sausage links (should be around 1g of fat | 30 calories each)
2 Strips of low fat bacon (should be around 2g fat per)

Bacon, sausage and syrup = LIFE!!! <3 really would love to make that but I cannot find that amazing lavash bread here, bummer :/ all we have here is mini tortillas with 19 carbs for each tortilla (less than 10 inches diameter) … I also like the vid style…you just showed the everyday natural life we all lead (kitchen disasters included haha) good luck for the wed prep!!
