Cookin Mum's Favorite Fish Pie – An Instant Pot Recipe

I adapted one of my favorite seafood recipes to be Instant Pot-friendly, pot-in-pot method. It takes 6 minutes to pressure cook the potatoes and 2 minutes to steam the seafood. All that then remains is to bake the casserole until the potatoes are browned on top, just like in a Sheppard’s Pie.

As the video shows, I cover the seafood with a wonderful flour roux which bubbles to the surface. So delicious and luxurious.
