COOKIE DOUGH RECIPES | SAME CALORIES, DIFFERENT MACROS (HIGH VS LOW FAT)

Hey my friends!! I can’t tell you how excited (and nervous) I am to release this recipe guide! I asked you what recipe you wanted to see and cookie dough was a clear winner so here are two examples of how much you can change the macros of food with the same number of calories just by making a few ingredient swaps!

Recipe:

Blend 100g oats and mix with 30g sweetener (I use sukrin but feel free to use honey/maple syrup/dates/banana) and 6tbsp egg whites (alternatively use 4tbsp nut milk) bit by bit until you form a doughy texture to your liking (:
