Clear Chicken Soup for Cold & Flu | Low calorie Soup | Healthy Recipe by Anjali Mukerjee
• 50 gms Chicken
• 25 gms Onion (chopped)
• 3-4 no. of Garlic cloves
• 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1 tsp Soy sauce
• 1½ cup Water
• 1/2 tsp Oil
How to make it:
• Pressure cook chicken in 1 and a half cup of water with salt.
• Strain the stock and shred the chicken and keep it aside.
• Heat 1/2 tsp of oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic and onion. Sauté till it turns pink, add chicken stock and bring it to boil.
• Add the shredded chicken, salt, pepper powder, vinegar, and soy sauce. Simmer it for 5 mins and serve hot.
