Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Cups 1 WW point dessert, low calorie high protein super easy.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake dessert. So easy and yummy and best of all, ONLY 1 WW (Weight Watchers) point. Full of protein, tastes so good you will forget how healthy it is.
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 package of Jell-O Pudding & Pie Filling, Reduced Calorie, Instant, Cheesecake (1 oz size box)
* 1 package of Jell-O Chocolate flavor reduced calorie instant pudding & pie filling (1 oz size box)
* 1/2 cup of PP 2 Powdered Peanut Butter with Chocolate
* 2 cups of plain fat free Greek yogurt
* 1 carton of Premier Protein Chocolate Shake
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Use a hand mixer and whip SF FF Jello Cheesecake Instant pudding packet with 2 cups of fat free plain -0- point Greek Yogurt. Add a teaspoon or two of Carmel or Vanilla sugar free syrups (such as Skinny Girl) if you like OR a teaspoon of Stevia, Line a 12 cupcake pan with paper liners or even better use the silicon cupcake liners (reusable and easy to eat from). Spoon cheesecake mixture into 12 cupcake liners.
2. Using a hand mixer, whip SF FF Jello Chocolate instant pudding packet with 1 carton of Premier Protein Chocolate Shake along with 1/2 cup of PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter), you can use the regular PB2 or the Chocolate PB 2, I prefer the Chocolate PB 2 in this recipe. Beat with mixer for around 2 minutes until it thickens. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and stir, beat 1 minute longer. Scoop or drop teaspoonfuls of the chocolate pudding on top of each cheesecake cup already in the cupcake pan. Spread lightly with the back of a spoon or knife. Cover and chill or you can eat it right away. It sets up a little more if you let it chill for a couple of hours but its still good either way.
When ready to serve top with a dollop of SF FF Redi-whip for -0- points or add 1 point for regular Redi-whip. Sprinkle with a little bit of chocolate sprinkles. Makes 12 cupcake size desserts for 1 point each. Very rich and yummy tasting. Enjoy!
Note: The first time I made this I used paper cupcake liners, they will work but it’s very hard to spoon/eat them without a big mess. So I bought the silicone cupcake liners and it works better. Another thing I’ve done in the past was I purchased 1/2 cup plastic containers with lids from Smart and Final. You can make them up ahead of time and grab one whenever you want a yummy low point dessert (only 1 WW point each). My sister likes the individual fruit cups at the store and they are 1/2 cup size. So she saves the little fruit cup containers and uses them for desserts like this, how clever! She’s also a WW Lifetime member and has lost 80 pounds. ENJOY!
