Chicken Teriyaki — Low Calorie

Serves 2. 205 calories per serving.

2 skinless chicken breasts 80gm each

3 teaspoons brown sugar

2 teaspoon oil

1 Tablespoon minced ginger

3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon oyster sauce

1/2 cup hot water

1 teaspoon corn starch dissolved in 2 Tablespoons water

Sesame seeds for garnish
