8 – boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 stalks green onions
2 Tbs – avocado oil
1/2 tsp – celery salt
1/4 tsp – ground black pepper
1 tsp – turmeric
1/4 cup – fresh parsley, chopped

Curry Sauce:
1 cup – heavy cream
1/2 cup – sour cream
1 1/2 Tbs – curry powder
3/4 tsp – salt
1/4 tsp – cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp – red pepper flakes
1 tsp – dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp – onion powder
1/4 tsp – ground black pepper
1/2 tsp – garlic powder
1/4 tsp – xanthan gum

Makes ~6 servings
Per serving:
347 calories / 28.4g fat / 1.74g net carbs / 21.42g protein

Serving suggestions:
Serve over riced cauliflower or zoodles
